4.1 - Prices and Payment: The prices of the products are indicated on the site. Payment is made through secure and reliable methods.

4.2 - Shipping and Delivery: Please note that all duty and customs taxes applicable are at the client’s expenses. Gold Spell cannot be held liable for any further costs. Gold Spell will send you an email when your order is shipped with the tracking number so you can follow your order.

4.2.1 - Shipment of Your Order: All orders confirmed until 08:00 A.M. (GMT+0 time) on business days will be shipped on the same day. After 08:00 A.M., the order will be shipped within 24 hours (maximum) after it is confirmed on business days. After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation. As soon as we are ready to send your purchase, we will send you the shipping details. Please note that all delivery time frames are estimations and may vary during busier trading periods.

4.2.2 - Forwarders: We ship with DHL and UPS Worldwide. If desired, you can also have your purchase sent to a pickup point near your address. For estimates on cost, please verify at checkout.

4.2.3 - Delivery Times and Shipping Fees: Please verify our shipping fees at checkout; they are calculated based on weight and delivery location. Please note that Gold Spell is not liable for any customs or duty taxes applicable in the country of receipt. For destinations outside the EU, please consider that these delivery estimates do not include time needed for the customs department of your country. Customs control may delay your delivery time. This process may take up to 5 business days. Our prices are excluded from all taxes applicable by the custom law of your country.

4.2.4 - Liability in Case of Damage or Loss During Transit Time: Once the order is shipped, Gold Spell cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen to your order. In any event, you may contact us at comercial@goldspell.eu, and we will gladly answer all of your questions.

4.2.5 - Shipment tracking: Gold Spell or the forwarder will always send you an email with the tracking details of your order. You will be given a link to have direct access to the status of your shipment. If we cannot provide the link you can go to the forwarders’ website and use your tracking code.

4.2.6 - Delivery: The package is delivered directly to your address. If you're not at home when the delivery arrives, an attempted delivery notification will be sent to you This notification will indicate the date and time of the attempted delivery, together with the pickup point where you can collect your package. Upon delivery of the order, you must check the conformity and the status of your package in the presence of the forwarder and notice all relevant concerns about apparent defects (missing product, damaged package). You are invited to contact Gold Spell within 14 days of receipt. Except for legitimate reasons, any claim beyond this period will be considered inadmissible. If after 7 days you still haven't received your package, and no notification has been left, please try checking the status of your package. 4.2.7 - Delivery address changes: Once the order is confirmed and in our system no changes can be made on our end. Our customers are responsible for providing the right shipping information.

4.2.8 - Shipping restrictions: Shipping restrictions apply to products containing substances which, as constituted, are considered hazardous to air transport. If the shipping address is in a country where such restrictions apply, you can change the shipping address to a destination where such restrictions do not apply. 4.2.9 - Shipping to the UK (Brexit): Due to Brexit, the United Kingdom is now considered a non-EU country and, therefore, since 1 January 2021, parcel shipments to this destination are subject to customs clearance and potentially subject to additional fees and taxes.
